What’s a Framed Canvas?
A Framed Canvas may also be referred to as a box frame, a shadow frame, or a floating frame. A little different from a traditional framed print, the canvas sits within the box frame with a 5mm gap, creating a sophisticated shadow effect between the frame and the canvas.
How do i care for my artwork?
To keep your artwork clean and dust free, simply wipe them over regularly with a soft, dry cloth. Remember to never use chemical cleaning products or water as this could damage your artwork. Also, make sure that you keep all artwork out of direct sunlight, as this can lead to fading or warping.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept Visa, Mastercard and Direct Deposit.
Where does Modern Gallery deliver?
We deliver Australia wide - International delivery can be arranged.
How long will it take for my order to arrive?
Orders are dispatched from our warehouse within 2 business days of the date of purchase. During busy sales or festive periods, orders may take up to 5 business days to be dispatched. Delivery time frames may vary depending on the couriers. However, the estimated time for shipping within Australia is 3-7 business days from the date of dispatch.
How do I track my order?
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking information.
Can I cancel or change my order?
In some cases, we accept cancellations or changes in orders ONLY before the order is dispatched. For more information refer to our return policy.
What if my order is delivered damaged?
Modern Gallery will replace any damaged items received provided stock is available. A credit/refund will be processed if the item is out of stock. A claim must be raised within 7 days of receiving your order and emailed to claims@moderngallery.com.au. Please refer to our claims page for further information.
What happens if I don’t receive my order?
If you do not receive a notification that your order has been dispatched within 3 business days after placing your order and receiving a confirmation, please contact us via email at info@moderngallery.com.au so we can assist you further.
